How do I reset my password?

To reset your password, click on the "Forgot Password" link on the login page. You'll receive an email with instructions to create a new password. If you don't receive the email, please check your spam folder.

How can I transfer money to another bank?

You can transfer money to another bank by logging into your account, selecting "Transfer Money", and choosing "External Transfer". You'll need the recipient's account number and routing number. Transfers typically take 1-3 business days to complete.

What should I do if my card is lost or stolen?

If your card is lost or stolen, immediately log into your account and go to the "Cards" section to report it. You can also call our 24/7 support. We'll cancel your current card and issue a replacement, which will arrive within 5-7 business days.

How do I set up automatic bill payments?

To set up automatic bill payments, go to the "Pay Bills" section in your account. Select "Set Up Automatic Payments" and follow the prompts to add your billers and schedule recurring payments. You can choose the payment amount, frequency, and which account to use.

What are the daily transfer limits?

For security reasons, we have daily transfer limits. Internal transfers between your accounts have no limit. Transfers to other US Banking customers are limited to $5,000 per day. External transfers to other banks are limited to $2,500 per day. You can request higher limits by contacting customer support.
